1. What hours are you open?

  • The Women’s Resource Center is open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed from 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch
  • We are closed on Fridays, weekends and all major holidays.

 

2. Where are you located?

  • The Women’s Resource Center is located in the United Way Community Services Building at:
    424 Pine Street, Suite 201
    Fort Collins, CO 80524
  • To get to the Women’s Resource Center from central Fort Collins, take College Avenue North and turn right on Willow Street. Continue on Willow and turn left onto Pine Street (Right in between Interstate Batteries and Bas Bleu Theatre). The United Way Community Services Building is at the end of the road. Park anywhere in the parking lot, enter the building, once inside turn left, go up the stairs, the Women’s Resource Center is the second door on the left, suite 201.

 

3. Does the WRC staff speak Spanish? ¿Habla el personal español?

  • Yes, members of our staff are bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Sí, los miembros de nuestro personal hablan ambos inglés y español.

 

4. Are you a medical or dental clinic?

  • No. We are not a medical or dental clinic and we can not treat any medical or dental emergencies you may have. Once you schedule an appointment you will meet with one of our health care specialists to discuss your needs and any barriers you may have to accessing care. We will then work with you to provide you the appropriate discounted services and set you up with appointments with our partner providers, specific to your needs.

 

5. When can I call and make an appointment to see your dental coordinator?

  • Currently, our dental program is in transition to become Dental Connections, a partnership between the Women's Resource Center and Health District of Northern Larimer County. More information will be available soon.

 

6. When can I call and make an appointment to see a health specialist or patient navigator?

  • You can call us at any time during our regular business hours at (970) 484-1902 to make an appointment with one of our health care specialists or patient navigators.

 

7. I made an appointment to see someone in your office. Am I going to get medical or dental services today?

  • No. We are not a medical or dental clinic. During your appointment you will meet with one of our health care specialists to discuss your needs and any barriers you may have to accessing care. We will then work with you to provide you the appropriate discounted services and set you up with appointments with our partner providers, specific to your needs.

 

8. What do I need to bring when I come to my appointment?

  • When you come in for an appointment you need to bring income verification, proof of income, Colorado ID card or proof of residence in Larimer County. 9. What if I need help with services other than cervical, breast or dental?

  • If you need help with services other than cervical, breast or dental give us a call at (970) 484-1902 and we will work with you to connect you with another organization that may be able to provide the services you need.
