Outreach and education - We work with diverse groups and cultures to educate and empower women about health awareness, prevention, and affordable services. We provide targeted, culturally-competent free education workshops on a full range of women's health issues: Breast and reproductive health We would love to offer this presentation to you, friends and family in your home, or to your church or women's group. The education workshops are fun and interactive. Plenty of time is provided for questions and sharing. Our participants leave with lots of resource materials, goodies and some valuable tools for improving their health. Callus at (970) 484-1902 to schedule a workshop. Breast cancer early detection and diagnosis - We connect women to mammograms, exams, diagnostic services and treatment through patient navigation services. We frequently host free mammogram vans throughout Larimer County that are available to women age 40 and over - income restrictions apply. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Women's Resource Center at (970) 484-1902. Give us a call or visit our event page to find out when the next van will be in your area. Cervical cancer early detection and diagnosis - We connect women to checkups, low-cost diagnostic services and treatment; creating a package of support with patient navigation assistance when needed. Oral healthcare - We provide women with a variety of dentistry needs and mobilize a coalition of dental providers and connect women to services at discounted costs. Screening and patient navigation – We help women in the programs above find their way through a complex health care maze and provide any additional support needed.
